Technical features:
　　1、The machine has high rigidity to meet the requirements of high forging accuracy.
　　2、Double point supporting connecting rod is adopted, with wide supporting surface and strong anti tilting ability of sliding block, so as to meet the needs of multi die bore die forging.
　　3、The sliding block has high stroke times, fast strike speed, short thermal contact time of the die, and long service life of the die.
　　4、The upper and lower ejecting devices are convenient for the die drawing of forgings and improve the production efficiency.
　　5、Clutch and brake are characterized by light heating, long service life, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
　　6、Die forgings have high precision and small machining allowance, which can save 10%~15% of metal correspondingly.
　　7、The slider guide rail adopts a special structure, which can reduce the influence of temperature on the guide rail clearance, and has good guidance accuracy.
　　8、The electrical equipment adopts advanced PLC control, centralized lubrication, axle temperature monitoring, fault display, crankshaft angle digital display, system operation status display and other technologies, which are sensitive and reliable for adjustment, and has workload recording and axle temperature printing functions, high reliability, and also has the function of slow start-up to facilitate mold replacement.
